No prior experience is needed and classes are suitable for all fitness levels. All exercises are adaptable so can be customised to your own needs; ensuring you get the most out of each session. We will guide you every step of the way. All you need is a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a determination to live a healthier and happier life.
